We’d like to welcome the first homeowners to the Clearwater Park community!

Earlier this month, Manjot and his family moved into an Akash home officially becoming the first residents in Clearwater Park. We spoke with Manjot to get a better sense of his time in the community thus far. This is what he had to say:

From our short yet amazing time in the community of Clearwater Park, the main thing that we were really impressed with is that it gives you a feeling of being in a suburb.

On one hand, we feel that we are away from the city's bustling traffic and noises, yet on the other hand we are close enough if need be.

Apart from that, there are numerous great things under construction - I mean, you get a community centre/clubhouse (with lot of indoor sports and fitness activities), then there are retails shops and a future school site, last but not least, a residential place for the senior/elderly community.

To sum up, "a community designed for people of all age groups to Call Home"!
